Microsoft Teams - add your own background to your video conference

Copy your own JPG files to the following folder and they'll appear in the list of backgrounds available for your Teams conference call!
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads



Instructions

Open File Explorer

Copy and paste:
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds\Uploads
Into File Explorer, as shown above.

Copy your JPG background files to the Uploads folder. 

The next time you are in Teams having a meeting, click the [...] button, click Show Background Effects, scroll to the bottom of the backgrounds - you will see the image(s) you have added to the Uploads folder.
